Thank you for confirming your appointment for our repair technician to visit your home/work to undertake repairs to your furniture/car interior.
Our admin team will advise you the working day prior to the appointment the technicians time of arrival Am or Pm.
We will offer time slots within each period of the day which the technician will arrive these are approbate timeslots.
Time slots cannot be pre arrange all routes are planned in a postcode order to enable the technician to reach each customer in turn on the day.
Please do not chase time slots these will be provided as soon as the route finalised and cannot be provided before they are ready, these slows down the process of advising the time slot due to the shear volume of routes that get planned.
Once the routes are ready you will be emailed the time allocation for your visit on your repair date.
We accept payment by cash or bacs only.
We are sorry but due to the costs involved we are unable to accept cheques, credit cards. Upon completion of the work you will receive a Invoice for the moneys paid for the repairs undertaken,
